The new pension reform has raised, and continues to raise, many questions.
Virtuoz supported CNAV in creating an interactive FAQ module to provide most of the answers related to this new reform. Through an animated and user-friendly journey, users can navigate from one section to another by choosing the profile that best fits their personal situation.
The interactive FAQ also includes links to podcasts and videos that CNAV created alongside the project. This is a great example of a project that leverages existing content while adding real value to the client’s website.
In fact, our FAQ is integrated via iframe, ensuring users never leave the CNAV website.
